Voter Registration
American citizens abroad can qualify to vote in Federal elections and many state and local contests. Contact the American Citizen Services unit for assistance in registering to vote, requesting an absentee ballot, and submitting a ballot come Election Day. More information is available at the Federal Voting Assistance website.
The Voting Assistance Officer at the U.S. Embassy, Nassau is also always available to answer questions about absentee voting.
