PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
· Photograph must be taken within the past 6 months.
· Photos should measure 2 x 2 inches (approx. 5 cm x 5 cm) with the head center in the frame. The face should cover about 50 percent of the area of the photo. Both ears must be visible.
· Applicant should be facing the camera directly, should not be looking down or to either side.
· Photos should be in color, taken against a white or off-white background.
· Applicant should be dressed in normal street attire without a hat. If applicant must wear head cover, the ears and the forehead must be seen clearly.
· Photos should be printed without borders.
· Photos taken in front of busy patterned, or dark backgrounds will not be accepted.
· Photos should be glued to form DS-156 non-immigrant visa application. Do not staple.
